  | | [UPDATE] foobar2000 V1.1.6 Posted: 22 Apr 2011 10:10 PM PDT Foobar2000 is an audio player with low memory footprint and native support for most popular audio formats. It includes replay gain, audio normalization, equalization, and more. Play list display and keyboard shortcuts are both very customizable. For editing song information, the program can edit song tags (album and song name, number, year, etc.) based on the FreeDB Internet database and even rename the original songs based on these tags. A file format conversion tool is available, but must be enabled with external downloads and can even fix some MP3s with bad file headers.
   | | [UPDATE] M3U Dropper V0.71 Posted: 22 Apr 2011 12:43 PM PDT M3U Dropper creates, imports, and organizes playlist files that take selections from an audio/video collection and put them in an order of your choice. This is useful for example in creating a mix of songs or videos with a specific mood or purpose. As the name suggests, the program creates M3U files which are used in most software players (Winamp, Foobar, etc.) and some hardware players, but can also output M3U8, PLS, and WPL files. Although other programs can generate playlist files, M3U Dropper uses a more portable method (relative pathways).
A 64-bit version is also available for download from the website. | | [UPDATE] BitComet V1.27 Posted: 22 Apr 2011 07:21 AM PDT BitComet is a web and FTP download manager and BitTorrent client supporting simultaneous downloads, download queue, selected downloads in torrent package, fast-resume, chatting, disk cache, speed limits, port mapping, proxy, IP filter, etc. It requires less CPU and memory than Java or .Net-based clients. | |
